Terms and conditions

  • The free ice cream voucher is on first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last. 
  • Only one ice cream voucher can be redeemed per social media account, with a maximum of 2 vouchers per room.  
  • Guests can redeem their ice cream at Eaton Food Hall's Flower Years (LG/F) with a voucher on their departure date.  
  • Each participating account can upload more than one post, but the number of "likes" is calculated on a per-post basis, and the number of "likes" obtained by the same participating account cannot be accumulated. 

  • Only posts with at least 30 "Likes" are eligible to win the social media contest
  • The number of "Likes" will be finalised on the deadline of the social media contest (April 30, 2023, 23:59 HKT). If the number of "Likes" is the same, hotel will have the final decision on the winner. 
  • To enter the social media contest, participate must share their Eaton HK moments on Instagram or Xiaohongshu (account must be public) and hashtag #EatonHK. The post with the most likes will be the winner. (One winner will be selected from each social media platform) 
  • After the social media contest is ended, the results will be announced on 8th May 2023. Winners will be notified individually via Instagram/Xiaohongshu.  
  • The above campaigns are exclusively for Eaton HK’s room guests during 1 March until 30 April 2023. 
  • Participants agree to authorize the hotel to have the right to use the image and brief introduction of the work without restriction, without reservation and irrevocably. Hotel has the right to use the images and introductions of the works in Hong Kong or other places in any way, at any time, and in any media for exhibitions, displays, publications and other purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to uploading to the Internet for the public to enjoy and download. 
  • The personal information that participants are required to provide during this event will only be used for identity verification when contacting participants and receiving prizes during this event. Hotel will keep the personal data collected and treat them confidentially and destroy them two months after the event and prize collection.  
  • Eaton HK reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel this competition at any time without prior notice. Hotel shall not be liable for such changes or terminations.
