What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy may vary due to different promotions. Please contact our team at (852) 2782 1818 for more details. Guests who book through a third-party site or travel agent should check with them regarding their cancellation policies, as they may vary.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee.

What is your deposit policy?

During the stay, our hotel requires a deposit of HK$500 per room per night, with a maximum of HK$2,000 per room for the entire stay, to cover any incidental charges. Guests may choose to pay the deposit in cash or by credit card. If there are no incidental charges or damages incurred, guests who paid the deposit in cash will receive a full refund in cash upon check-out. For guests who paid by credit card, the incidental deposit will be refunded to their account in approximately 14 working days after check-out.

What are the fees associated with my stay?

Eaton HK provides additional services upon request, which are subject to additional fees. Also reservations are subject to 10% service charge.

Is there a minimum age requirement to book a room?

We require at least one guest per room to be age 18 or older.

What is your children policy?

Children aged 13 years and older are fully charged.

What is your policy on single-use plastics?

In accordance with Hong Kong's regulatory scheme and implementation timeline outlined in the Product Eco-Responsibility (Amendment) Ordinance 2023, Eaton HK has successfully made its in-room amenities completely free of plastic.

What is your pet policy?

We welcome doggies and cats to stay at our hotel! We charge HK$275 per pet staying per night (not applicable to Pet Staycation or Long Stay Package). Bookings have to be made at least 3 days in advance, and guests are required to sign the liability form before check-in. For pets other than dogs or cats, please reach out to our team for assistance.

What is your smoking policy?

Eaton HK is a non-smoking hotel. In the event that smoking occurs in a guest room, a cleaning fee of HK$1,500 will be assessed per room, per night.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we do. Our Nook, Cabin, Cabin Studio and Eaton Room are connecting rooms with limited availability. We also offer a limited number of adjoining rooms, which are rooms directly across from one another at the end of a corridor.

Please specify in the reservation comments if you would like connecting or adjoining guest rooms. Please note that availability of rooms are limited.

Do you have rooms with bathtubs?

A limited number of our Cabin/Study/Salon guest rooms, and Classic Suite/Artist Studio feature bathtubs and are available by request.

Do you have cribs and rollaway beds?

Cribs are available free of charge while rollaway beds are available for HK$440 per room, per night. (Only available for Salon room.)
