Eaton Wellness is a holistic wellness center inside Eaton DC at 1201 K Street NW in downtown Washington, DC — open to hotel guests, Eaton House members, and the broader DC community. Services include yoga, meditation, sound bath, infrared sauna, massage, reiki, crystal healing, tarot, and somatic therapy, offered through a rotating roster of practitioners rooted in the city's healing arts community. Private events, corporate wellness retreats, and group buyouts of the full Wellness Center are available by inquiry.

FACILITIES
Yoga Studio
The centerpiece of Eaton Wellness is our light-filled yoga studio. Inspired by Zen Buddhist meditation temples and the Integratron in Joshua Tree, acclaimed interior designers Parts and Labor brought together custom sustainable, organic millwork and greenery to bring a bit of west coast spirituality to downtown DC.
Meditation Room
Our Meditation Room is a tranquil respite in the middle of a bustling international city. Its beauty is in its simplicity where warm light and custom millwork set the stage for uninterrupted focus and higher consciousness.
Treatment Room
Our private treatment room provides a peaceful escape for your massage or restorative reiki, or crystal healing treatments.
Infrared Saunas
There’s nothing quite as relaxing and rejuvenating as the deep-penetrating heat of an infrared sauna. Book 40 or 60-minute sessions for yourself or up to three people in one of our two cedar-lined saunas and let the heat breathe life back into your muscles and joints. Benefits of infrared saunas include detoxification, muscle and joint relief, improved circulation and heart health.

Infrared Sauna
Enjoy the benefits of infrared light alone or with a companion in one of our cedar wood saunas.

Sauna Information:
- We will provide cool, filtered water and plenty of towels for your use, but please bring your own bathing suit or undergarments for your session. Clothing, electronics and personal items may be stored in personal lockers.
- Saunas are private, unless you bring a companion to accompany you.
- No Shows & Missed Appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of your missed appointment.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate our schedule. Regardless of the actual appointment time, you are responsible for the full price.
- Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. If not, you will be charged the full price. If you let us know before the 48 hours, we will give you a full refund.

Our current rotation of classes includes:

- Qi Gong for Beginners with Nicole Jackson, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:00pm
- R&B Yoga Playground with Sydnea Lewis, Wednesdays at 6:00pm
- Meditation & Music Medicine Soundbath with Artis Moon Amarché, Thursdays at 7:00pm
- Trauma-Sensitive Gentle Yoga with Ryan Warwick, Sundays at 6:00pm
