Eaton House — Coworking Reimagined
Forget the standard hotel business center. Eaton House is a fully functioning co-working space with 24/7 complimentary access for hotel guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, printing, copying, scanning, comfortable seating, complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks — alongside a creative, community-driven environment where collaboration and cultural exchange happen naturally.

At Eaton DC, we understand that dogs are more than pets—they’re family. They help us slow down, connect, and find comfort in the everyday. That’s why we welcome pups of all sizes and breeds—no extra fees, no fuss.
If you need a dog bed or food and water bowls, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them. Whether you're out exploring the city together or simply relaxing in your room, we’re glad to be a place where both you and your companion can feel at ease.
Wellness That Goes Beyond the Gym
The on-site 24/7 fitness center is available exclusively to hotel guests at no additional charge. But wellness at Eaton goes much further. What is your cancellation policy?
For guests who book directly with Eaton DC, our cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Guests who book through a third-party site or travel agent should check with them regarding their cancellation policies, as they may vary.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee.
What are the taxes and fees associated with my stay?
Eaton DC applies an amenity fee of $35 plus tax and all reservations are subject to DC’s occupancy tax of 15.95%.

Is there a minimum age requirement to book a room?
We require at least one guest per room to be age 21 or older.
What’s your pet policy?
We welcome pets of all sizes, including cats and dogs, to Eaton DC for no additional fees or deposits. Guests are welcome to bring multiple pets.
What’s your smoking policy?
Eaton DC is a non-smoking hotel. In the event that smoking occurs in a guest room, a cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed per room, per night.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We unfortunately do not have connecting rooms at Eaton DC. We do however offer a limited number of adjoining rooms, which are rooms directly across from one another at the end of a corridor that can be adjoined by closing a hallway door.
Please specify in the reservation comments if you would like adjoining guest rooms. Please note that availability is limited.
Do you have rooms with bathtubs?
A limited number of our Study King guest rooms and Artist Studios feature bathtubs and are available by request.
Do you have cribs and rollaway beds?
Cribs are available free of charge while rollaway beds are available for $25 per room, per night.
Do you have rooms with two beds?
No, all rooms at Eaton DC feature either 1 queen bed or 1 king bed.
Our Pied-a-Terre junior suites feature 1 king bed along with a queen sofa bed, which comfortable sleeps parties of four.
Is there a business center?
Hotel guests have free access to the Eaton House coworking space including free WiFi, printing, copying and use of the space to meet and convene.
