Yoga: Move, breathe, and reconnect, en español.

Join Maria Camila, founder of Bienestar Yoga, at Eaton Wellness for a welcoming yoga practice taught entirely in Spanish, with poses named in English.

Each class begins with a brief breathwork and meditation practice before moving into mobility and asanas. The practice blends the fluidity of Vinyasa, connecting one breath with one movement, with moments of stillness inspired by Hatha, allowing time to settle into each pose, breathe, and notice what’s happening in the body. This class offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate bienestar from the inside out.

Classes are open to all levels. Whether Spanish is your first language, part of your heritage, or simply a language you love and want to practice, you are welcome here.
