Join Natalie from Space of Gratitude for a sound bath, a meditative experience where you will be immersed in soothing sound waves produced by various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more. These sound waves will help you relax your body, calm your mind, and balance your energy.

A sound bath is a form of sound healing, an ancient practice that has been used for thousands of years in different cultures to promote well-being and harmony. Sound healing can potentially reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and inflammation, as well as enhance mood, creativity, and intuition.

During the sound bath, you will lie down comfortably and listen to the sounds with closed eyes. You will be guided by a trained sound practitioner who will create a safe and supportive environment for you. You will also have the opportunity to participate in some practices and activities that will help you express gratitude within and appreciate the journey you are on. You will also celebrate the turn of the season, and how it can inspire you to embrace change and growth.
