Partner Massage for Lovers and Friends is an immersive experience created to foster human connections and emphasize the value of closeness within communities. Whether you bring a friend, lover, or family member, participants will receive beginner friendly guidance in simple yet effective restorative touch and bodywork techniques.
Create a soothing and enjoyable experience for a loved one, and learn foundational skills that can be used for a lifetime!

What to expect:
IMPORTANT: This class explores restorative touch and basic bodywork techniques and is not a comprehensive training for professionals.
The space will be opened with some relaxing and playful practices to get us into our bodies and settled into the workshop. Next you will learn basic techniques and practice them on yourself and your props. Finally,you will connect with your class partner and offer them their session.
You will learn:
How to create a relaxing and restorative experience for a partner or a friend.
Fun tricks to bring a smile and enhance a massage experience.
Various ways to create more comfort for the giver and receiver.
The importance of touch as a simple tool for mental health and connection.
Everyone will receive a reference card with foundational techniques and tips to use during the workshop and to take home for future exploration
Things to keep in mind:
B.Y.O.P - Bring your own partner.
This is *CLOTHED* session. Please wear comfy clothing that your body is able to move in.
This style of massage will take place atop a mat on the ground. If you need assistance getting up and down from the mat, please let your instructor know.
Props and materials will be provided.
No massage experience necessary!
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination from class.

Danielle, a licensed massage therapist at Eaton Wellness, focusing on fostering the mind-body connection and promoting nervous system wellness.
In conjunction with her massage therapy practice, she holds certifications as a mind-body coach and somatic educator, all of which she uses to provide experiences and resources that promote restoration, self-discovery, and embodiment.
