Machik Weekend

For the past 15 years, we've convened an annual gathering for those who are passionate about civic engagement, social transformation and the future of Tibet. From the beginning, Machik Weekend has grown a conversation about what it would take to build alternative futures in the imperfect world in which we live.

This year, we're excited to be convening Machik Weekend in-person again, as well as online. We'll be gathering as a hybrid event in Washington DC and globally online from 11-13 November 2022!  The topics will be broad as we explore creativity and Tibet, conservation, gender relations, mutual aid, socially responsible entrepreneurship, and much more.
