Discover how interior space affects every aspect of your wellbeing, and learn strategies to promote wellness in your everyday life.

Join this two-part interactive workshop to understand how interior space affects every aspect of your wellbeing, and learn strategies to promote wellness in your home and everyday life.

Part 1: Knowledge Exchange

In this expert panel, moderated by The Oasis Alliance’s Founder and CEO Danielle Woodhouse Johnson, three interior design and mental wellness experts will weigh in on the connection between space and wellbeing.

Panelists & their specialties:

  • Cathy Guerra, Nature
  • Phylicia Ghee, Emotion
  • Jessica Bantom, Color

You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A.

Part 2: Deeper Dives

Break into small groups led by our speakers to participate in a hands-on activity focused on the speciality areas discussed during the panel.

Light refreshments will be provided from Teaism by our sponsor HAWJ Studio.

This workshop was put together in partnership with The Oasis Alliance, a local nonprofit that brightens the lives of trauma survivors by co-designing personalized spaces that encourage recovery, growth, and mental wellbeing. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Oasis Alliance to support their work.

This event was made possible by our sponsors Eaton DC and HAWJ Studio.
