Decolonizing Astrology - A Journey to the Self through the Cosmos

Welcome to "Star School: Decolonizing Astrology," a transformative 6-week program designed to introduce you to the ancient art of astrology and guide you on a journey of self-discovery and personal development through the celestial language. This workshop is more than an introduction; it's a reclamation and decolonization of astrology, aiming to return the practice to its roots and make it accessible and relevant for everyone.

Astrology has long been a tool for understanding both the universe and ourselves within it. However, much of its knowledge has been obscured, simplified, or appropriated throughout history. Our course seeks to strip back these layers, offering a comprehensive and inclusive approach to understanding the stars, planets, and how their movements reflect in our lives.

Our journey begins with "Decolonizing the Stars - Astrology 101," where we'll cover the basics of astrology, but with a twist. We aim to unpack and challenge the Eurocentric narratives that have dominated astrology, opening the door to a more inclusive and diverse understanding of the stars. You'll learn about the zodiac, planets, houses, and aspects, all while exploring how these elements can reflect and influence our identities and experiences.

Each week builds on the last, with the curriculum designed to deepen your understanding of astrology and yourself. Through discussions and hands-on practice with reading natal charts, you'll gain the tools needed to navigate your own chart and those of others, uncovering insights about personality, life paths, challenges, and opportunities!

By the end of our 6-week program, you'll have a holistic view of how astrology can serve as a powerful tool for self-awareness, personal growth, and understanding the interconnectedness of all things. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your existing knowledge, our course offers a unique space to explore the cosmos and yourself in a supportive, inclusive environment.
