Dante' Pope: REFLECTIONS @ Eaton House

EATON HOUSE AND CAPITALBOP PRESENT REFLECTIONS

Reflections is inspired from sermons and speeches given by prolific African American leaders cross generations. These texts will be paired with visuals and live concert performance to provide the audience a multi-sensory experience within the context of Black History.

Dante’ Pope is a multi-genre percussionist, producer and vocalist from Chicago based in DC. Since moving to the District 15 years ago, he’s become the Vice President of the DC Chapter of The Recording Academy, contributed to a Grammy-nominated album, ‘Black Cowboys,’ with Dom Flemons and Smithsonian Folkways. Through service he’s fused his passions of arts, education and advocacy to work with DC Public Charter Schools, The DC Mayors Youth Employment Program and a host of arts and education non-profits within the region.
