Breathwork and Shamanic Journey

Controlled breathing helps us move energy that can be stuck in the body & mind and enter into a deep state of bliss with Hamilton Garces.

Meditation can be hard in a modern world that is loud & fast mentally & physically. These techniques also us to flow into a deep meditative state (Delta & Theta waves). Here is where the mind can find silence in stillness as we return to sacredness. Sounds waves are powerful yet gentle enough influence the body as brain waves slow down to 4-8 Hz Theta. This is how the body heals itself in deep sleep “Yoga Nidra”. The body will feel lighter & vibrations can felt down to the cellular level. Release hormones in the body to relax & heal itself.

Hamilton supports and facilitates safe spaces for people to experience & be a witness to self. Music & Sound are medicine for the heart & soul, it brings us to the door of our hearts to allow us to enter into a deeper connection with self. To enter into a deep state of bliss with the guidance of Breathwork & sound. Prior to beginning the session we will do somatic movements to release any stuck energy.

Shamanic Practice is as old as time and indigenous people of the world have understood how to tap into consciousness with breath & sound. The power of sound can be felt down to the cellular level by the didgeridoo, drums & voice. This is somatic energy being felt & moved through the body.

About Hamilton:

Hamilton Garces is a combat Marine Veteran, Yogi, Breathwork & sound practitioner guiding and holding space. First generation born & raised in New Jersey, his family came here from Colombia, South America. Hamilton discovered the healing benefits of yoga for the body & mind after leaving the Military. Sound & breath are medicine for the soul that is something Hamilton helps to create an atmosphere that allows one to rest and relax. Mindful movement is key as we link it with the breathwork. Since 2017 Hamilton has found his passion to share with the world the other power of Sound, breath & yoga

Hamilton guides you via sound and breath tapping into other altered states of consciousness. Here we become the healer and one in control. To witness yourself and know yourself. Mindful movements and breathing exercises can be expected as we help release tension in the body and recharge our cells.
