Yao (Live DJ)

Immerse your evening in timeless sonic warmth at Terrible Baby! We’re handing the deck over to curious selector and genre-blending artist Yao for an exploration of deep rhythms and soul.

Driven by a passion for sonic discovery, Yao seamlessly weaves together poly-rhythms, syncopation, and lush chords. His eclectic sets draw from a rich palette of sounds—bridging hip-hop, dancehall, house, footwork, Afrobeats, and 1960s/70s soul to bridge the familiar with the unexpected. Unwind on our outdoor terrace, enjoy our signature cocktails, and let the smooth, layered grooves guide your weekend evening.
