Yao (Live DJ)

Yao strives to elide the palette of sounds and rhythms that for years have driven his musical impulse. The poly-rhythms, syncopa- tion and beautiful chords found in a wide range of genres from hip hop, dancehall, house, footwork, afrobeats, and 60‘/70’s soul act as bonding agents for sonic warmth. Always curious and always in search for new sounds, he aspires to introduce new sounds and re-introduce known sounds
