Good Old Soil: "Made in Lantau" photo exhibition

A wampee, a pineapple, a field brought back into cultivation—each holds a story of people caring for the land, and the land sustaining them.

Presented with Good Old Soil, this exhibition takes us into Lantau’s fields and villages to meet farmers tending orchards, families passing on traditional skills, and young people exploring rural life. From harvests weathering storms to local produce transformed into distinctive flavours, these photographs reveal the challenges of farming and the possibilities born when tradition meets creativity.
