Joanne and Jamie will guide you on a self-healing journey using breath-work, mindfulness practices, Myofascial release techniques, restorative yoga positions, and even some Reiki to get you feeling more grounded then ever. Plus, you’ll get some amazing take away tools to keep practicing your self-care at home. </span></p>
