Led Primary Class - Ashtanga Class

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Class begins with a chant for invocation, done call and response. The teacher then begins to call out the postures and vinyasas (counted movements linking the postures with the breath) of the Ashtanga Primary Series. The group moves and breathes together in sync. Students are encouraged to take appropriate modifications. There is a minimum of anatomical instruction and a maximum focus on the breath.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pre-requisite: </strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Due to primary series’ focused, energetic nature, it is not recommended for absolute beginners— but all are welcome.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**students are welcome to finish earlier than the scheduled time</strong></p>
