LOVE IS LOVE Community Sound Bath

All are welcome to another Community Sound Bath here at Eaton HK led by sound alchemist Malbert Lee. Malbert will take us on a journey of self-discovery and self-love with a heart opening meditation followed by a serene crystal singing bowl meditation.

This session is suitable for anyone looking to get in tune with the body, enjoy peace of mind, and connect with the heart. No prior experience is needed.

This class is ticketed. All proceeds will go towards Gender Empowerment. A charitable organisation (NGO) supporting the transgender community in Hong Kong.

About the instructor:

Malbert Lee is an international sound alchemist from Hong Kong. After years of yoga practice, he became a yoga teacher in 2016 and in the same year he discovered a highly effective way to de-stress with the power of sound. He has been going on a sound healing journey ever since. He has undertaken hundreds of hours of yoga teacher, singing bowl and gong master training with international masters. Malbert shares his passion for sound and uses it to de-stress and empower people from all walks of life.
