Join Saving Space DC Founder Jas to build awareness, strength, and stability during this core-focused practice.
By connecting breath and movement, this workshop will help discover support and strength of deep core muscles.
Focusing on strengthening the abdominal wall and minor muscles that support the spine and pelvis to allow for powerful alignment. The practice includes breathwork, guided meditation, and sixty minutes of foundational yoga – accessible for all bodies and experience levels.
