FLEX'T - Yoga for Inflexible People

A movement based class designed to improve flexibility and mobility

FLEX'T is a movement based class that effectively releases tension in the fascia, connective tissue that stores trauma and emotions in the body. The class works through fascial nets to help the individual feel better, move better and perform better. The class marries breath with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility and reduce pain. It is an all levels class and meant for everyone of varying skill and mobility levels.

This class is taught by rotating FLEX'T instructors Jazzalyn and Okera, in partnership with DRIP'T – a Black-owned yoga and wellness community based in the D.C. and Maryland area.
