FLEX'T - Yoga for Flexibility

A movement based class designed to improve flexibility and mobility.


FLEX'T is a movement based class that effectively releases tension in the fascia, connective tissue that stores trauma and emotions in the body. The class works through fascial nets to help the individual feel better, move better and perform better. The class marries breath with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility and reduce pain. It is an all levels class and meant for everyone of varying skill and mobility levels.


This class will be taught by Okera Stewart, in partnership with Bikram Yoga Works – a Black-owned yoga and wellness community based in the D.C. and Maryland area.
